For the machine to work correctly and for the drink to turn out properly, it is essential to use only real sugar. Sweeteners or “zero-calorie” alternatives do not allow the right texture to form, causing the liquid to freeze too much. This not only ruins the drink’s texture but also risks breaking the machine’s internal mechanisms.

“Can’t I just use my blender?” A blender requires ice, the texture is often grainy, it only has a chopping function, and it is very noisy.
